Ilyushin II-10
The Soviet State Industries began producing the Ilyushin II-10 for the Red Army Air Force in 1944. It had a maximum speed of 311 mph (500 km) and had a range of 621 miles (1,000 km). It was 36 ft 9 in (11.30 m) long with a wingspan of 43 ft 11 in (13.54 m). The aircraft was armed with three 20 mm cannons and two machine-guns.
It remained in service throughout the rest of the Second World War and later took part in the Korean War.
