Frank Holland

Frank Holland was born in Poplar, London, in 1871. His father was a glass bottle packer. A talented artist Holland became art editor for illustrated magazines. He also produced drawings for Illustrated Chips, Comic Home Journal, Comic Cuts and Jester and Wonder. Holland also produced cartoons for Reynolds News (1911-1922) and John Bull Magazine (1912-1918).

Frank Holland died in Oxford in 1945.
